Part of the Doylestown Borough’s revitalization initiative for the South Main Street Corridor, this mixed-use building was presented as a series of shops with residences on the second level instead of a typical strip retail center. The use of non-repetitive architectural details and materials allows for the building to read as a cohesive whole while still providing an architectural identity for each tenant.

The building’s character reflects Sa’s commitment to maintain architectural integrity and to integrate historical design elements into new construction.
