SHAWVER TRUSS RESTAURANT

Originally constructed in the 1880’s, the Ely Magill barn is located on a 10-acre river view tact in Solebury Township. This historic building is being repurposed as an 8,964 SF restaurant that not only serves the local area, but the Ely House and future wedding banquet center located on site.

The upper floor of the barn will house a 5-Star, 80-seat restaurant, while the lower level will contain a sports bar and an al fresco dining/lounge area with picturesque views.

The exterior will be reworked to remove the main gable end barn wall thereby exposing trusses and wood frame. A new custom curtain wall system will be added to allow for dramatic views from the restaurant. There will be a new standing seam roof, silo towers housing both potable water tanks and fire suppression tanks, stone veneer to match existing stone, vertical fiber-cement siding, vertical light shaft windows at the silos and elevator towers, outdoor patio with stone walls, outdoor fireplace, handicap ramp, an entry tower and loading dock.
