MODULAR TOWNHOMES

Stampfl Associates (Sa) was retained to repurpose eight modular units.  Modular building is gaining traction in the construction industry as an energy efficient, streamlined, and economical option with which our team is conversant. Sa designed a new field built lower level and contemporary exterior for these units and coordinated all local approvals and permits.
