Stampfl Associates (Sa) was retained by Volumetric Building Companies to repurpose eight of its modular units. Modular building is gaining traction in the construction industry as an energy efficient, streamlined, and economical option with which our team is conversant. Sa designed a new field built lower level and contemporary exterior for these units and coordinated all local approvals and permits. Located in West Conshohocken Township, Pennsylvania, these contemporary modular townhomes are slated for completion in late 2023.
