MEDICAL MISSIONS SISTERS

Stampfl Associates was retained to assist with a redevelopment plan for the Medical Mission Sisters and their North America Campus property. Located minutes outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the 69-acre tract borders on two municipalities and is comprised of one 20-acre parcel and one 49-acre parcel. Sa provided 549 Senior Living units over the larger parcel of land, while saving various buildings on site. Exploring optionality, Sa was also asked to investigate single-family home density which resulted in 262 total units of single-family residences, townhomes, Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care units over the entire 69-acre tract.
