North Wales Water Authority’s 10,150 SF Maintenance Building and Garage is taking shape!

Stampfl Associates (Sa) was retained by Volumetric Building Companies to repurpose eight of its modular units. Modular building is gaining traction in the construction industry as an energy efficient, streamlined, and economical option with which our team is conversant.

In an industry facing a shortage in the skilled trades labor force, this HBA sponsored Career Fair was a great opportunity for Stampfl Associates to connect and share with a group of over 280 engaged and motivated students at the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. 

Awarded “Best Use of Open Space” by the Home Builder’s Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties, The Woodlands at Greystone Community Center, designed by Stampfl Associates, features a 2-story, 8,000 square foot “Craftsman” themed clubhouse located on 5 acres of recreational space planned to accommodate a pool and spa, tennis courts, bocce courts, walking trails and a dog park.

Since its expansion into Quakertown in 2012, Liberty Thrift has experienced substantial increases in both customer and donation volume. To meet this growth, Stampfl Associates was retained to design a new and expanded retail space for the charitable franchise, maintaining corporate branding specifications.

The Enclave at Cheshire Corner is a collaborative project between Stampfl Associates and Webb Building Group. Sa has designed three unique models which bring Modern Farmhouse and Craftsman vernaculars to this high-end custom residential community.

Construction has begun on this 10,150 SF maintenance building designed by Stampfl Associates for the North Wales Water Authority.

Stampfl Associates designed these tenant fit-outs for the Domino’s Pizza franchises in Quakertown and Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. 

On April 28, 2022, Stampfl Associates received awards from the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties at its 2022 Best in PA Living Awards.

Pete’s Express Car Wash was engineered to conserve water using specially designed and computer-timed spray nozzles.

This new treatment facility in Bensalem, PA, one of the largest in the area, was designed to provide a serene and tranquil environment for those receiving care here.
