CINTRA PARK

reAlliance retained Stampfl Associates to prepare conceptual land plans for this unique site in the heart of New Hope Borough. The design team created a plan that provided 29 Condominiums, one and two units over three stories. The project proposed renovating an existing Barn, Icehouse and Tenants’ Quarters. Sa attended Zoning Hearings, Planning Commission, Historic Architecture Review Board and Borough Council presentations, and assisted the Client in the entitlement process.

Conceptual architectural drawings were prepared depicting architectural vernacular and proposed materials for the residences. The residences are served by a loop road, surface parking and optional covered parking for some residences.
