TWINING VILLAGE NORTH

Stampfl Associates was asked to assist with a redevelopment plan for Diakon Lutheran Social Services and their Senior Community campus, Twining Village, in Holland, Pennsylvania. The purpose was to invigorate an existing community fabric by providing new apartment offerings and a facelift to the campus entrance and street front presence. Included in the proposed improvements were 60 new deluxe two-bedroom apartments spread out over 170,000 GSF of new podium style construction. Many exterior resident amenities were planned, including a resident swimming pool, cabana, tennis courts and walking trails that extended thru the entire 46-acre property. Along the street, a primary entrance was established which included decorative paving, prominent community signage and privacy fences to promote safety inside the community.
